Dr. Mikala de Wet is a qualified chiropractor who obtained her Master’s degree in Chiropractic (Cum Laude) from the University of Johannesburg. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, which recognises academic achievement.

She is registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA) and the Chiropractic Association of South Africa (CASA), and practises in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Mikala is committed to ongoing professional development and a patient-centred approach to care.

Her postgraduate research focused on musculoskeletal injuries in karate, and her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals.

 

Mikala's clinical interests include sports-related musculoskeletal conditions, general musculoskeletal care, and chiropractic care for individuals and families. Treatment approaches are guided by current evidence and tailored to each patient’s presentation and lifestyle.

 

In her spare time, Mikala enjoys nature walks, time with family and friends ,and reading.
